Four Christmases!

We had wonderful Christmases and Andi got A LOT of toys...too much for our house to hold. We started on Christmas Eve at my mother-in-laws. We played dirty santa and of course Andi got presents but her favorite and inseparable gift was a dog that walks and barks.

She absolutely loves that dog and has to have it where ever she goes and it can't be out of her sight or she has a fit!

Christmas morning after breakfast we had presents at our house. Of course she had to carry her dog around and nothing compared to it. She got a nice butterfly rocker and a rocking giraffe from my dad and Martisha. She also got a tea party set which you can see her chewing on the cup. She really liked the microphone and light-up wand.

I realize she is wearing boy pajamas, which happens a lot. I was going to have her in a Christmas onezie but it was dirty.

We then got ready and went to my parents with toys galore from them and my grandparents!

She had to lounge around with the animals while the food was getting prepared.
Then we had some wonderful food before we opened presents. She is such a good eater!!! As you can tell we look alike in this pic, same hand motions and expression.
Then it was time for gifts!

She had to take a gold-fish snack break. She likes to share.

Every life-like gift she had to give it a kiss, from stuffed animals to dolls.
She loves books!
Testing out her doll's bottle.
Ooh more toys!

Christmas wore her out!

Then it was time to take a bath and go home.

Saturday we had our fourth Christmas at my father-in-laws. Andi got 14 toys...did I say we need a bigger house?!

We are thankful for all the gifts and so glad we have such an amazing family that Andi can grow-up with. Next year's Christmas will be even better because Andi will be much more into it by then!

Happy First Birthday, Andi Faye

Little miss Andi turned the big one on the 7th! We had horrible, icy, snowy weather which made driving conditions bad but we managed to still have her birthday over at Matt's moms. It went really well. We got a lot of video and pics from it. She didn't know what to do with most of the family there, she was constantly showing off. She loves attention!

She got a lot of toys and even more to come at Christmas. We need a bigger house just to store her toys. She really enjoyed her cake and loved giving me kisses with icing all over her mouth!

We got some really good video but it wasn't saved to the SD card and trying to get if off the camera has been a nightmare. Hopefully one of these days I can post them!

One of her favorite toys she got was a piano with a microphone. She loves the microphone! She also loves the drum. My dad and Martisha got her a word book, rolling suitcase that plays music, and a family of ducks she can pull behind her that she really likes.
Her least favorite has been the Jack in the Box. She is scared of it. I wish I would have gotten a video of her with it the first night because she would scream and run away. The funny thing is her delayed reaction. She wouldn't scream until 3 seconds after it had popped out.
She went for a check-up and she is now 29 inches and 19.10oz. She is petite to say the least. Her top left tooth is coming in and she still has a pretty good appetite. Now it is almost Christmas and I think Andi is kind of getting into the spirit although she isn't too fond of Santa yet.

Turkey Day

Yes, Thanksgiving has been over for two weeks now and I am just getting to this post. Andi had a great 1st Thanksgiving. I actually dressed her in a dress, surprise! She really enjoyed the turkey and green beans, especially eating at the table with everyone as well. The child will eat anything. She likes pickles!

You often hear about those weird family photos...here is one for ya!

I will definitely say the turkey kicked in quick with her because she was out in no time!
Now I have added some pics around the house. Look at how much she has grown!

She is really getting an ATTITUDE! Whenever she gets in trouble now she talks back to me in her language, points at me, and sometimes runs and gives me a kiss. She is becoming a little manipulator lol. She is showing signs of the terrible two's which will probably start in about 6 months.

Her birthday was a success, a lot of fun. I will have that post soon!
